Villa 293 is a charming country home that enjoys wonderful, open views towards the mountains of Formentor and the Alcudia area. The villa is located only 800 meters from the sea and the sandy beach that runs almost the entire length of the Bay of Pollença.
The house is very comfortable and with a homely, inviting feel, being the ideal option for couples and smaller families. The lounge is light and nice with an open fireplace, satellite tv and unlimited, free Internet connection (WiFi). The open plan kitchen is charming in its traditional style, however well equipped with a modern, stainless steel cooker and a traditional stone sink. Traditional Majorcan fabrics have been used in the tailor made curtains in both twin bedrooms, making them particularly inviting and pretty.
The outdoor areas are well kept and attractive with its garden and flower beds, the covered terrace and the pool with its sun deck and sun loungers. The terrace is the ideal place for lazy siesta hours and al fresco dining. There is a barbecue area and also a pear orchard.
