This beautiful stone country house is situate in the residential area of La Font, within walking distance from Pollensa. The large swimming pool is at the rear of the house, surrounded by a sun deck with sun lounges, a well kept lawn and a pretty garden. There is a complete built-in BBQ and outdoor kitchen with cooker and also washing facilities. A covered terrace is next to the barbecue is ideal for al-fresco meals, overlooking the pool and garden.
The elegant interior is tastefully and invitingly furnished with local pine wooden details and fittings creating a homely atmosphere. You'll find a large hall/dining room area with an inner archway that leads into the light lounge with both Satellite TV and DVD player. French doors lead out onto the pool-side terrace and garden. The well equipped fitted kitchen has microwave oven, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer and fitted wall cupboards. (The washing machine is housed in the utility room.) The master double bedroom has en-suite bath/shower room and one pretty twin bedroom has a full bath/shower room next to it. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, as well as a family full bath/shower room. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms for 10 hours a day on a timer.
